What makes your tallow skincare different from others?
We use only 100% grass-fed and finished tallow, which is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K. Unlike synthetic alternatives, our tallow is bio-available, meaning it mimics the fatty acid profile of human skin for superior absorption and hydration.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes! We specialize in clean, organic ingredients free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and fillers. Many of our customers with sensitive skin, eczema, and rosacea find our tallow-based balms to be incredibly soothing and non-irritating.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because we hand-batch our products to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or returns?
We want you to love your skin! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some personal care items may be subject to limitations.
Is your makeup non-toxic and lead-free?
Absolutely. Our makeup line is formulated with minerals, organic botanicals, and zero heavy metals or toxic dyes. We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice performance for purity.
How should I store my tallow balms?
Since our products are made with natural fats and no chemical stabilizers, they are best kept in a cool, dry place. If your balm melts in high heat during shipping, simply place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm back up.
